Topic: Combining Projects

I would like to combine a MoWeS wiki that I have developed with another project that uses Apache, PHP and SQLite (XAMPP).  The goal is to have only one instance of Apache running.  Does anyone have suggestions on moving the wiki to the other project, or the other project to the wiki? 

Where is the wiki's MySQL database stored?
